Summertime

     Abigail's kinder olympics and last day of school. She had a great year and we really were blessed with a fantastic, believing teacher.  We are working hard this summer on reading and math so that we can all be ready for 1st grade! I am going to miss her!

The girls waiting outside of the rock climbing gym in Berkeley. Former co-worker of Jeremy got us in for free and knew how to hook in the kids. They had a blast. Both girls did really well and even climbed higher than some of the adults.

Camping in June with good friends from church. 8 adults and 9 kids. Kids scootered, or dug holes, from dawn to dusk, covered in a marshmallow, sandy goo but oh so happy. My folks had Caraline so we got to enjoy actually sitting down for once. The girls somehow attracted two boys from a nearby campsite that kept riding by in their bikes/scooters. It has begun!

 

Almost hate to admit that this is how we arrived at the Oakland Zoo one day. Blue hula hair, bathing suit, and all. You never know....

 Feeding animals in Berkeley. 4 heads of celery lasted about 10 minutes on the cows. Caraline was very excited about them.
