Aunt Gail came to visit over Olivias birthday and we all had a lot of fun. Here's a cute photo of the two of them. Also, Abigail started swim lessons this week. The photo isn't the greatest but she really enjoys the time there and starts every morning asking when can we go to the pool. So far, no real swimming but she doesn't mind getting her head under the water which is a good sign.
Memorial Day we had a breakfast with 50 folks from church at our place. Jeremy made massive amounts of bacon and pancakes and the kids ran around like crazies in the yard. A few of the families stayed until lunchtime and we had a great time visiting together. Abigail decided to put on every piece of her dressup outfits on and parade around. Her friends Lauren and Bobby are in the background. Olivia liked eating with her buddy Nate (only two weeks difference in age). We are so blessed with good friends!
Speaking of friends, one couple graciously took both Olivia and Abigail for one night last weekend. The girls did great and Jeremy and I enjoyed a movie, dinner at Zacharys, and even dessert afterwards. It was so fun to get out again. It was interesting because I found myself cranky after we picked up the kids on Saturday as I got adjusted again to mommy mode. God uses my girls daily to remind me that it's not about me, which is so good.
Jeremy and Olivia were kind of co-ordinating last Sunday and so I had to take a photo.
